Shimonita-machi is widely known as a Konjac producing area in Japan, as it is written by Jomo Karuta as "Japanese leek and Konjac are Shimonita’ｓ specialties".
Moteki Foods Engineering, which was born as a konjac manufacturer in Shimonita Town, has a slogan of "We create " You wish You had" in the world through konjac". And we pursue the possibilities of new konjac as well as discerning konjac products everyday.

We mainly sell souvenir products for tourist spots, drive-ins, and highway service areas, as well as commercial products to restaurants in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
We started selling on the Internet in 2000. Also we offer you our products here.

Special manufacturing method
The "Steaming method for webbing cans", which we have been using since our establishment, has been certified by Gunma Prefecture.
The Konjac made by this method has a good balance of crispness and elasticity, and you can feel the original taste of konjac.

New technology
"Konjac that crumbles", which is for elderly people, is a soft konjac that can be crushed even with the tongue and gums.
We developed a special manufacturing method and obtained a manufacturing patent. This product has won the Development Encouragement Award and the Gunma Bank Business Support Award three times.
"Marude Sausage" has been featured in various media as Japan's first vegan sausage.
We work sustainable activities through these products.
We plan to commercialize putties that do not use meat in the future.
