It is not possible to achieve the exact same texture as ramen as long as konjac is used as the raw material.
So we stick to a smooth and pleasant texture. For that, we applied our Yuba konjac manufacturing method using soy milk.
And we pursued the deliciousness while considering the compatibility with the noodles.
